Default Blue celebrated its 10th birthday on the 10th October 2011 and marked this special occasion with a little party including clients… and cake!

From our humble beginnings in Mark Brown’s spare room in October 2001, Default Blue has grown considerably and we’ve helped our customers grow too. But who are the people driving this success?
After 10 years we felt it was about time you got to know us a little better. So we’ve refreshed our website and included a profile page for each member of the Default Blue team so you can discover who we are and what we do.

We are often asked where the name Default Blue originates. Senior Graphic Designer Paul Andrew (who has been with the company since Day One) explains: “Blue was the default colour we used when creating initial design concepts at the time we started the business and it just stuck. Also, we believe our customers see us the default agency of choice. They don’t need to look anywhere else.”
